AEOAE.com specializes in providing global clients with professional services including: premium graphic design services (using professional tools like Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and C4D), custom Python script development (including automation scripts and data analysis solutions), and remote software installation/IT maintenance support. All our service processes strictly comply with international privacy regulations such as EU GDPR, US CCPA/CPRA, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
2. Data Collection & Usage
For graphic design services, we collect source files and brand guidelines provided by clients, which are strictly used for design creation and modifications. For Python development services, we require relevant input data and API keys (all keys are encrypted), used solely for script development and performance optimization. Remote IT support services collect technical data like system logs and software lists, used exclusively for troubleshooting and system maintenance.
For payments, we only retain transaction IDs when processing through PayPal and never store customers' credit card information. For cryptocurrency payments, we only record wallet addresses for transaction verification. All transaction records are maintained for 7 years per international tax regulations.
3. User Data Rights
As our client, you have full data control rights. You may request deletion of design source files, download complete Python project development histories, or review remote technical support records (which we retain for 14 days). For email communications, service notifications are mandatory, while to better protect your data security, we do not offer active subscription features.
4. Information Security
We employ industry-leading security measures: All design files are end-to-end encrypted during storage and transmission via our platform email hello@aeoae.com; Python code is stored in private GitHub repositories with mandatory two-factor authentication; Payment processing uses PayPal tokenization and cryptocurrency address whitelisting to ensure fund security.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We provide unlimited free modifications for all design services, accessible anytime through your client account. For Python script development, we offer 3 free debugging sessions for the same requirements after delivery. Full refunds are available under these circumstances: system errors causing duplicate charges, failure to meet documented requirements, or delayed delivery (excluding force majeure).
Different services have specific refund windows: Due to the replicable nature of graphic design and Python development services, refunds cannot be processed after source file delivery confirmation. If significant discrepancies exist between source files and confirmed drafts, you may submit refund requests within 24 hours of source file delivery. For remote IT support, issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Note: Third-party service fees (e.g., special font licenses or API calls) and completed custom development work are non-refundable.
6. Policy Update Notifications
When policy changes occur, we notify clients through multiple channels: design service clients receive email notifications; Python development users see update prompts in Git commit messages; remote IT support clients receive prominent console announcements.
